The service ceased operations in 2024. YesCard is a payment service issuing virtual cards for traffic arbitration, founded in 2023.
The cards work in the Visa payment system. Up to 50 cards can be issued for free, the cost of issuing each additional card is 0.5 USD.
Card maintenance is free, with a minimum top-up of 500 USD. Top-up methods include ACH, bank transfer, and the TRON cryptocurrency.
The cards are issued with US BINs.
