Biography
Cleveland Allen is the CEO of the Casino Gaming Commission and the Trustee at IAGR.
He's a lawyer in the bar associations in Jamaica and Barbados. He provides legal and technical assistance in the merger of several organizations, particularly supporting the unification of the Betting, Gaming & Lotteries Commission, the Casino Gaming Commission, and the Jamaica Racing Commission.
The goal of this merger is to create a single entity regulating Jamaica's gaming and horse racing industry.
